VITA began with a simple frustration: an enormous amount of good research and personal health data sitting unused, right next to an internet full of confident misinformation.
I kept seeing the same gap. On one side, an abundance of data (peer-reviewed studies, wearable signals, blood work), almost none of it actually being put to use to help a real person decide what to do.
On the other, an internet full of supplement advice delivered with total certainty and almost no evidence. Confident, viral, and frequently wrong.
VITA is the bridge between the two. It reads the research so you don’t have to, matches it to your own data, and shows its working, so every recommendation comes with the study behind it, and an honest note when the evidence is thin.
Francesco Nagel, Founder
Your labs, wearables and goals only matter if something acts on them. VITA turns them into decisions, not dashboards.
Popularity isn’t proof. Every recommendation is weighed by the quality of the research behind it, not how loudly it’s promoted.
If VITA suggests something, it links the paper. And when the evidence is limited, it says so plainly.
Francesco built the evidence engine at the core of VITA: the retrieval, ranking and citation pipeline that ties every recommendation to a study. He started the company after seeing how much good research and personal health data goes unused, and how much confident misinformation fills the gap.
