VITA
Research-backed supplement guidance

Every recommendation
has a receipt.

VITA turns your goals, health data and wearable signals into a personalised supplement protocol, where every recommendation links back to the research behind it.

Ashwagandha

Across 20 studies (4 meta-analyses), supplementation improved stress, with 91% of the evidence agreeing on that direction.

Works with the data you already collect

Connect the tools you already use. VITA brings your health signals together so recommendations can reflect more than a one-time questionnaire.

The Evidence Engine

VITA matches your inputs against 4,000+ peer-reviewed studies, evaluates the strength and relevance of the evidence, and turns it into a protocol you can inspect line by line.

Three problems VITA is built to solve

01

Noise instead of evidence

Search for the “best supplement for sleep” and you’ll find thousands of confident, contradictory answers. Popularity is not proof.

02

Generic advice

Most recommendations ignore your bloodwork, sleep, recovery, goals and health context. What’s useful for one person may be irrelevant, or even inappropriate, for another.

03

Conflicted incentives

The person recommending a product often profits when you buy it. VITA keeps the evidence separate from the sale. Recommendations are driven by research, not commission.

See it work

Ask a question. Get an answer you can check.

Choose a question below and see how VITA answers, with the relevant research attached, just as it does inside the product.

VITA · Evidence Chat
Ask about a supplement or health goal. VITA will answer with the evidence behind its reasoning.

Ask a question and receive an answer grounded in the research library, with the studies it drew on.

Live

Protocol Builder

Build a deficiency-aware supplement protocol in which every recommendation includes its rationale and supporting evidence.

Live

Lab Report Parsing

Upload a lab report and VITA structures the results, highlights values outside the stated reference ranges and identifies questions worth discussing with a qualified professional.

Live

Supplement Knowledge Base

376 recommendable supplements mapped to studies, outcomes and graded confidence levels. Prescription medicines and non-supplements are excluded, not hidden.

Live

Wearable Connections

Connect Oura, WHOOP, Garmin and other supported platforms so your protocol can respond to changes in sleep, recovery and activity.

Professional Review

A review layer through which a qualified nutrition professional can inspect the reasoning and evidence behind a recommendation.

How it works

From health data to an evidence-linked protocol

1

Set your goals

Tell VITA what you want to improve and provide the relevant health context.

2

Connect your data

Link supported wearables and upload recent lab reports.

3

Explore the evidence

Ask questions and open the research behind each answer.

4

Build your protocol

Receive supplement, dose and timing suggestions, each with a clear rationale.

5

Track and refine

Monitor your response, review new data and adjust your protocol over time.

Trust and transparency

Built to be checked, not blindly trusted.

Study Quality Score

Stronger evidence carries more weight

VITA evaluates the design, size, relevance and limitations of each study. A well-run randomised trial should generally carry more weight than a small observational study, but no study is judged by its label alone.

Professional oversight

Reasoning an expert can inspect

Every recommendation exposes the inputs, rationale and evidence used to produce it, allowing a qualified nutrition professional to review the reasoning independently.

Private by design

Your health data stays in Europe

Your health data is hosted in the project’s selected European region. It is used to personalise your experience and is not used by VITA to train its models.

When the evidence is limited, VITA says so.
The honesty most supplement products leave out.
Two verdicts, one pipeline

Confident when it should be. Cautious when it must be.

The same evidence pipeline can produce two very different conclusions: confident where the research is strong, cautious where it is not.

In one analysis, 97% of the popular supplement videos studied provided no scientific evidence for their claims. VITA is built to do the opposite.
